SCHEDULE -
A) Jane arrives on Friday (09/05) afternoon (to meet with Ethan).
B) Saturday we will meet from 10am - 3pm in Friendship Hall, with the following objectives:
- This was to be a kickoff for next 90 days (notes below) with a review/celebration of what was accomplished in the first 90
days.
- Renewing people’s awareness that we need everyone engaged and following through with ways they are called to serve if the work the church is doing will be successful!
- Reminder of initial priorities:
1. Recruit, engage, and empower active lay participation and leadership. – Susan Cooper/Darlene Raulerson Team Leaders
2. Enhance communications, both internally and externally. – Christine Morey & Team

3. Actively fundraising and recruit donors. – While the Hoshin didn’t prioritize finances, we recognize how critical fundraising is for our near-term future. Desire to work with David Roth and CNCB on development of Endowment for the Western US
