After a little over a week of fighting several serious bacterial infections (not Covid-related), our dear friend, Betsy, made her transition to the fullness of spiritual life this morning around 5 am at Peppi's House Hospice in Tucson. We are all shocked that she is gone from our presence. So quickly. So many feelings and thoughts and memories. So much to say to our beloved
friend.
Betsy has been a nurturing fountain of unconditional love to many, many people over the years. In spite of all her persistent physical challenges, she tenaciously held gratitude and joy for being alive. One of her superpowers, which she waved like a magic wand, has been her spirit of affirmation for everyone's spiritual growth. She has been such a strong and dedicated angel in action. Her unfailing
affirmation of all the goodness of life and her loving, positive regard for her family and friends has been a model for us all.
Thank you, Betsy, for sharing your love and life with us. Although we are heartbroken that you are gone, we know you will enter into your new spiritual life with boundless enthusiasm and joy!
Our love and prayers are with Steve and their daughters, Dawn and Reeve, and sons Steve, and Dave, as well as their spouses and the grandchildren and great grandchildren she all adored.
